Q. I’m involved in a car accident. What should I do?
A. Stay calm and check to see if anyone is injured. If there are injuries, then call the Police. Do not admit fault. Share information with the other parties. Take pictures of the accident if you can and draw a recreation of what happened. Call Barrie Towing if you require a tow. Q. After an accident, will my vehicle be the same?
A. Yes. Centres that have trained technicians with approved equipment can restore your vehicle back to pre-accident condition. However, at times, structural components could be compromised beyond safe repair limits. In such cases, we would notify your insurance company of the severity, and petition that your vehicle should not be repaired.
Q. How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
A. Our goal is to return your vehicle to you as soon as possible. Once a complete teardown and detailed appraisal has being completed, we can give you an estimated day of completion.
Q. Can I get a ride home when I drop off my vehicle?
A. Yes. Our shuttle is available to provide this service.
Q. How can I get a rental car?
A. If you need a rental car, we can assist you to make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental if you have that option on your policy or if you are the claimant. Check your policy and/or call your insurance company to find out if you have rental coverage and what your specific limitations are.
Q. Do I have to pay my deductible?
A. Your insurance company will determine if you will be liable for your deductible. In most cases, if you’re not at fault, your deductible should be waived. The deductible amount is the portion negotiated with your insurance company at the time of renewal. This amount, as stated in your insurance policy, is your portion of the repair cost that will be paid to the repair facility at the time of your vehicle pickup. For your convenience, as payment for your portion of the deductible or any additional repairs, we accept cash, all major credit cards and Interac. Sorry, no cheques.

A. Yes. Autobahn Collision employees are trained professionals. With the assistance of our computerized paint-mixing system and the added support of Spies Hecker paints, we will ensure proper colour match on all vehicle finishes.

A. Yes. Autobahn Collision guarantees all repairs with a nationwide warranty.
