August 18-20, 2010 - CARSTAR Conference at Deerhurst

CARSTAR's conference was held at Deerhurst Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. The theme for this year's conference was "20-20 Vision."

July 16, 2010 - CARSTAR Annual Boat Cruise

CARSTAR in the GTA hosted their annual “CARSTAR Boat Cruise” for insurance adjusters, brokers, vendors and CARSTAR store owners.

June 18, 2010 - Serendipity Boat Cruise in Barrie

The Ontario Insurance Adjusters Association (OIAA) hosted a “Dinner and Dance” event for everyone to enjoy. Over 50 people attended the event and everyone had a great time cruising around Kempenfelt Bay.

June 17, 2010 - Discount Boat Cruise

Over 300 brokers, insurance adjusters, insurance companies, collision stores and vendors got together on June 17, 2010 to set sail on Toronto Harbour and were provided with a fabulous meal, drinks, and dancing. Everyone seemed to have a great time! 

June 14, 2010 - 3rd Annual “Broker Give Back” Golf Tournament 

Great people, great day, great golf. Over 100 golfers on a beautiful sunny day got together at Bear Creek Golf Course to raise money for the Children’s Aid Foundation of Simcoe County and Easter Seals Simcoe Region. In total, we raised approximately $9000 and had a great time doing it.

June 12, 2010 - 7th Annual “Soaps It Up” Car Wash for Cystic Fibrosis

Each year CARSTAR Stores Nationwide holds a “Soaps It Up” Car Wash for Cystic Fibrosis and a local charity of our choice. This year we chose to give back to the Women's Shelter, and in total we raised approximately $500 on a rainy day and had a great time doing it. Enterprise Rent-A-Car sponsored the car wash with a BBQ lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs. Join us next year for our 8th Annual “Soaps It Up” Car Wash. 

June 12, 2010 - Cancer Run

A team from Autobahn Collision participated in the 12-hour Cancer Run this past summer. Cancer has such a large impact on our lives, so why wouldn’t we give back to the community? Autobahn CARSTAR Barrie painted Classic Towing’s truck pink in honour of the breast cancer campaign; a portion of the money from Classic's tows will be donated to the Breast Cancer Society.
